If you decide to let your property by SAYS, SAYS can offer you a nice rental package;

• making a nice ad on our site apartmentsandaluz.eu
• taking care of nice pictures
• advertising for you on good rental sites
• s.a.p. handling all rental requests (including evenings and weekends)

The cost of this is 10%* of the rent. The photos (these are made by a professional, cost 100 euros) and advertising costs you pay yourself, of course everything in consultation.

Of course you can also choose to rent out your property yourself and SAYS can take care of the other services for you; key service, property maintenance, renewing or refreshing your website, cleaning and taking care of photos.
