SAYS will wait for your guests in your property and hand over the keys. If desired, SAYS will also explain the appliances and provide general information about the area.

On the day of departure SAYS will pick up the keys and your property will be checked. SAYS will inform you of this, after which you, or SAYS, will refund the deposit to your guests.
